Mobile Notary
What you need and where you need it.
I am centrally located in Downtown Raleigh and can come to your home, office, workspace, hospital, care facility or even a coffee shop. I have a convenient scheduling tool for setting up appointments. During normal business hours I am usually available within an hour.
On-Site Notary
Out and about and easier to come to my location?
I have a working space conveniently located in Downtown Raleigh.
Weather you need a quick appointment for a single signature or have a multi-person signing to complete; I have a an appropriate space.
During normal business hours I can usually be available in 30 minutes.
Witness Services
If your documents require a witnesses and it is not convenient for you to coordinate one yourself I can provide a witness for a small fee.
Apostille & Authentication Services
If you need a document Apostilled by the North Carolina Secretary of State we can assist with this process of obtaining this authentication. Following a notarization the documents can be sent, picked up or couriered by us to the Secretary of State Office in Raleigh. Once completed the documents can be returned or forwarded.
Payment and Fees
I accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
Chip/EMV and Tap to Pay capable.
All payments are due upon service completion.
Each Notary Act is a $10 Fee
Travel Fees apply.
Loan Signing Service
Triangle Notary Services is a certified, insured and background screened Notary Signing Agent certified by the National Notary Association.
I will assist in the loan signing process for new home purchases, refinances, HELOC’s and Reverse mortgages.
Document and Courier Service
I offer print, scan and copy services for documents.
If you need documents printed or prepared for signing, copies made or .pdfs emailed after a signing; I have all the equipment available to provide this service.
If your documents need to be dropped off at the post office, UPS, FedEx, an attorneys office, or alternate location I able to provide that service as well. I can also offer discounted shipping rates for UPS Express Shipping
Availability
I am typically available Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, for same day and on-demand service.
For nights and weekends a prior appointment is preferable. I request 24 hours notice for these types of appointments, but it is not required.
I will always try to accommodate any request.
